You will need the following materials for this project : Really fine steel wool, string and a lighter.
Putting It Together

Tie the string onto the steel wool, the string should be about 4 feet long as spark will be flying everywhere. If you have a coat hanger handy it would be a good idea to cut and straighten it out and make a hook on the end for the steel wool. this way its better cause it wont burn threw like it would on string.
Going to a Safe Area

This is very dangerous and kinda awsome at the same time so go to a safe area will nothing will catch on fire.
Lighting It

This is the big times so dont screw up. Hold the lighter up to the steel wool until mit starts to smoulder. Next twirl that thing around as fast as you can and watch the sparks fly!!
