Materials Silver nail polish 7 cotton balls Wall tape

Paint all of the cotton balls silver you might wanna wear some gloves while doing this it gets messy! Once you have some that and they have dried FULLY then put the wall tape on each of them and stick them on your wall to make your room just a little bit better!
