Supplies. -picture frame -duct tape - nail polish - 4 soda tabs

Starting It Out

Get a random picture frame with no picture in It and start duct taping the cardboard pice where the picture goes

Paint the tabs with nail polish to make them colorful then tape them to the picture

Once all the bottle tabs were placed on the picture then put splatters of nail polish on the picture
