I got this homemade granola recipe from the 22 Day Revolution book. It's super easy to make and really good :)
Ingredients
![IMG_1877.JPG](/proxy/?url=https://content.instructables.com/FPK/3GTA/IRKFLK1B/FPK3GTAIRKFLK1B.jpg&filename=IMG_1877.JPG)
-2 cups of Oats
-1/4 cup Maple Syrup
-1/4 cup Mixed Nuts (I used Almonds and Walnuts)
-1/2 tsp Sea Salt
Mix

In a large bowl add 2 cups of oats and add 1/4 cup of maple syrup, mix well.
Chop

Chop mixed nuts. I used this small processor to make the nuts smaller.
Add

Add the nuts and salt to the oats and syrup, mix.
Preheat

Preheat oven to 325 degrees and prepare baking pan. I usually line the pan with parchment paper because it makes clean up a breeze. However, I didn't have any on hand this time around, so I just sprayed the pan with Pam (probably the reason why the granola came out a bit more toasted this time).
Spread

Spread the mix on the pan and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
Toss

Toss granola and bake for another 10 minutes.
Let Cool

After a total of 20 minutes, take out of the oven and let cool. Once it's cool, you can store the granola in an air tight container, I use mason jars.
That's It!

I love topping the granola with fresh blueberries, it's my go to breakfast meal :)
