How to Care for Fantails

Hi! I'll show you how to care for your fantail fish!

For your fish you will need a ten gallon tank for two fantails. For three you will need a twenty gallon tank. Four a thirty gallon tank and so on.

Clean your tank with a by draining at least twenty five percent of the water and getting new water. Make sure you take the chlorine out with dechlorinizer.

Feed your fish once to twice a day every other day. Feed them about how much they will eat in one minute. Make sure the food goes and sinks under the water or the fish will get to much air in their stomach and gets this bad thing thing that causes them to float upside down but still live. This is called swimmers bladder.

Make sure your fish sees you a lot and make sure you rub your finger against the glass so your fish comes up and wiggles this tails.

If your fishes top tail is down that means he is sick and you might have to buy some liquids to help your fish.

If you read step 3 I mentioned swimmers bladder. If your fish is swimming up side down or sideways but some peas in the water or a water plant. Fantails need lots of fiber.
