Hot Tortilla Pizza Cake With Chorizo, Minced Meat, Soft Cheese, Jalapenos & Parsley Recipe
Ingredient:
5 tortilla wraps
500g minced meat
300g chorizo
300g soft cheese
150g jalapenos
150g creme fraiche
75g parsley
salt, pepper
Preparation
Fry the meat in a hot pan. Cut the chorizo in pieces and put them in the pan. Scatter salt and pepper to it and stir till it looks good. Now add the creme fraiche and stir it together. Place a tortilla wrap in a oven spring form and give a bit from the meat mix on the wrap. Place a few jalapeno & parsley pieces on top. Lay soft cheese on it. Make a few more layers like this and lay just cheese on the top layer.
Finish
Put the form in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 20 minutes. Now it is time to grab a piece and enjoy. Look at my other work.
