Hot Smoked Ham Wrapped Pizza Roll With Goat Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
1 portion pizza dough
250g kidney beans
200g goat cheese
150g olives
150g smoked ham
75g jalapenos
2 spring onions
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1,5 teaspoons paprika
Preparation
Roll out the dough and place the kidney beans & olives on it. Cut the spring onions in small pieces and lay them on it. Place a few jalapenos slices and scatter salt, pepper & paprika on top. Now crumble the goat cheese over it. Wrap the dough around the filling.
Finish
Wrap the smoked ham around the pizza roll and put it in the oven at 170 degrees celsius circulating air for about 20 minutes. Now grab a piece and enjoy. Look at my other work.
