1 Teaspoon Mayonnaise
2 Oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
6 Slices Thin Sliced Roast Beef
Fresh Mixed Herb Greens
Pinch of black Pepper
Dash of Oregano
Preheat toaster oven to 400 F

Preheat toaster oven to 400 F
On an oven-safe pan unfold 2 slices of roast beef and lay flat. **
Cover the flat roast beef with 4 slices of folded roast beef.

Cover the top of the roast beef with the shredded Mozzarella cheese.
Bake the roast beef and Mozzarella cheese at 400 F for approximately 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted and started to brown.
Evenly spread the Mayonnaise over both the top and bottom parts of the hamburger bun.
Carefully take the hot roast beef and mozzarella cheese and place upon the bottom of the hamburger bun.
Add a dash of black pepper and oregano to the top of the Mozzarella cheese.
Add the fresh mixed herb greens to the top portion of the hamburger bun.
