Hot Pizza Muffins With Chorizo, Feta, Kidney Beans & Olives Recipe
Ingredients:
1 portion pizza dough
300g kidney beans
300g chorizo sausages
200g feta cheese
100g olives
100g jalapeno
20g chives
Preparation
Cut the chorizo, olives & jalapenos in pieces. Fry the chorizos for a few minutes with a bit oil in a bit pan. Put the kidney beans in a bowl and add olives, chives, jalapenos, feta cheese & the chorizo pieces. Mix everything togehter. Roll out the pizza dough and cut out round pieces. Place the pieces in a muffin form and place the filling.
Finish
Put the form in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 15 minutes. Scatter a bit oregano on top grab a few and enjoy. Look at my other work.
