Hot Glue Gun Stand

This is a hot glue gun stand, with a box for hot glue rods.

Supplies

  • Hot glue
  • cardboard
  • paper cutter (optionally)
  • scissors
  • paper tape
  • marker
  • ruler
  • 3 wooden sticks for crafts (you can find this at a stationery shop)

The Stand

First of all, you need to cut two pieces of cardboard, each one of them 8cm wide and 20.5cm long.

Glue the two cardboard pieces together.

Now open two small holes about 6cm from one of the edges, with a distance of 3.5cm between them.

Take the glue and put two of the wooden sticks one in each hole.

Cut a stick in four pieces and open another two holes 5cm away from the first ones. Glue two of the small sticks in the holes.

Take the paper tape and stack about 4 strips. Cut the strips every 4cm. Stack the paper tape squares.

Glue the paper tape in front of the small sticks.

The Hot Glue Rod Box

Cut some of the cardboard. Two pieces 7cm wide and 8cm long and two pieces 3cm wide and 8cm long.

Now glue the cardboard with the hot glue like the picture.

Glue the box in the stand.
