Honkey Taco 2: Veggie Breakfast Burrito

This is a fast "healthy" breakfast burrito that I have come to love.
The Goods

Veggie breakfast sausage, eggs, cheese, tortillas, and salsa. I used mango salsa.
Paper Plate Steamer


Arranging the veggie breakfast sausage, in"holy trinity form" on a paper plate, I then place another paper plate on top, as to steam patties, with a quick punch of 2:22 on the microwave.
Cook It!


Getting my pan good and hot first, I break up the sausage, crack in two eggs, pour in salsa to taste, and let'er cook.
Roll It Up Dude (or Dudet)

Just adding cheese, this splits up nicely for two burritos. Now, go take on that burrito!
