Honey Roasted Pumpkin

I harvested this small pumpkin from my garden, few days ago, and I put it aside. That was until today I decided to do something with it. So I just came up with this tasty and yet simple recipe.
Supplies
You just need the following:
- Pumpkin ( obviously )
- Honey
- Cinnamon ( optional )
- Kitchen knife
- Spoon
- Baking tray
- Baking paper
Clean the Pumpkin

Give the pumpkin a good clean, to remove dirt and to make sure it's safe to eat. Then cut the tail and place it on a chopping board.
It is a good time to preheat your oven to 200°C.
Cut the Pumpkin

After you've cleaned the pumpkin, use the kitchen knife to cut it in half, then use the spoon to remove the pulp ( stringy part ) and the seeds.
I saved the seeds because I'm going to plant them next year.
Prepare and Bake the Pumpkin

After all the above steps are done, line a baking tray with parchment paper. Then place the pumpkin slices on the tray and coat them with honey then sprinkle cinnamon ( if you fancy ).
Bake for ~ 40 mins or until tender, depending on the size of the pumpkin.
