Homopolar Motor
This is a fun project that is easy and doesn't cost much
Materials
1 neodymium magnet
1 regular magnet
1 battery (size doesn't matter)
1 striped copper wire (length depends on battery size)
Step 1
Strip your copper wire.
Step 2
Place the regular magnet on the negative side of the battery then put the neodymium magnet behind the other magnet.
Step 3
bend your copper wire so one end of the wire is touching the neodymium magnet and the other end is used for balance
Finishing
Your motor should look a little bit like this, you may need to make some minor adjustments to make it go faster.
