What you need:
(1) empty bag of chips
(1) scissors
(1) pen
(1) rubber band

Cut Out a Piece of the Chip Bag Big Enough to Cover the End of Your Pen. (shape of the Piece Does Not Matter)

Wrap Piece of Chip Bag Firmly Around the End of Your Pen.

Take Rubber Band and Wrap It Around End of Pen Until Rubber Band Is Tight.
