Homemade Tomato Ketchup

Ingredients: Tomatoes - 1 kg ripe tomatoes Chopped onions - 100 gms Garlic cloves - 8-10 pcs Spices ( Cloves, black cardamon, Cinnamon stick) - 3 pcs Black pepper - 8-10 pcs Red Chili powder - 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Salt - 1-2 tsp Sugar - 2 tsp Sodium Benzoate - 1/2 tsp (to be used in case of preservation) Vinegar - 50 ml
