I wanted to have a way to cool my Soda Pop quickly, so I made this!

Supplies

Cardboard Box (Approximately 9.5 x 9.5 x 7)

Bubble Wrap/Insulation

Utility Knife

2 Plastic Cups( I used the Hefty one, but any will work)

Digital Calipers

Hot Glue Gun

Hot Glue Gun Sticks

Gallon Ziplock Bags

Cut a circle hole in the box. Use your calipers to measure 92.5mm. You can use a circle template. I used a cup and traced around it. After that you need to cut the hole. I used a utility knife.

Repeat this process 1 more time.

Adding Insulation/Waterproofing

Line bubble wrap on the on all inside surfaces in the box. Leave clearances for the cups. Tape the edges to the box.

Hot Gluing

Hot glue the two plastic cups (Holes facing toward you) in.

Before gluing, tape the cups in place for better alignment.

Tape the cutout cardboard circles for caps.

Setting Up the Chiller

Fill the ziplock bags with ice and insert into the box. Be careful not to break you cups off.

After use take out the ice bags. This will prevent condensation buildup.
