Homemade Pancakeu - π₯ [banana Pancake π]
this is just some last-minute cooking.
by the way, I'm not good at cooking.
have fun trying to follow an inexperienced cook.
[anyways i suggest listening to kpop while making these pancakes as i named them 'pancakeu'. the 'u' at the back makes the 'e' an 'eu' which represents the Korean pronunciation 'ν¬μΌμ΄ν¬' ('paenkeikeu')] :]]
Supplies
μΌ) 1 cup of all-purpose flour
μ΄) 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
μΌ) 1 1/4 cups of milk
μ¬) 1 large egg
μ€) a spoon
μ‘) 3 tablespoons of melted butter
μΉ ) banana/ any fruit/toppings you like [optional]
ν) 1 teaspoon of salt
ꡬ) vegetable oil [depends on the pan]
μ) 2 tablespoons of sugar
Dry Ingredients
First of all, add all the dry ingredients that you have measured out. The dry ingredients include flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Put all of the dry ingredients into a bowl. Mix it all together.
Wet Ingredients
After the dry ingredients have been mixed, add all of the wet ingredients into the bowl. The wet ingredients include milk, the large egg and the butter. Stir it all carefully because the milk might spill. If any of the milk spills, think of the idiom 'Don't cry over spilt milk', but this time, literally.
Fry It
Put some of the pancake batter into the pan. Make sure the stove is on medium setting. Let the batter cook for about 2 to 3 minutes. After that, flip the pancake onto its other side and let it cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Decorate ~
After you have finished making your pancakes, put them on a plate and arrange them in any way you like. You could also add some fruits/toppings but, in this case, I've added some chopped up bananas and a bit of butter. Decorate it however you like; it's your pancake - be creative.
Once done, get your utensils and eat!
