Homemade Oatmeal Cookies – Soft, Crispy, and So Easy to Make!
Golden edges, soft inside, and full of flavor. This classic cookie can be made even better with some raisins or chopped dark chocolate.

Supplies
Ingredients:
• 2 cups rolled oats
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 cup flour
• 130–150 g (1 stick+) butter
• 1 egg
• baking powder
• a pinch of salt, vanilla, cinnamon
• (optional) 2 tbsp raisins, ½ bar dark chocolate
Melt butter and mix with sugar.
Add the egg and beat until fluffy.
Add salt, vanilla, cinnamon, and baking powder.
Stir in oats, then flour. Knead into a soft dough
Shape cookies, place on baking paper, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for ~15 minutes. Enjoy!
