Homemade Manicotti Recipe

DIY - Fresh Manicotti From Scratch

These tender tasty manicotti are so much easier to stuff than the store bought variety. People are always amazed when I say I made my own noodles. It's super easy, and no special tools or equipment are needed.

It's pretty simple here. Just mix them all together until well mixed.

Mix these together until it resembles a thin pancake batter. Again, real simple.

Lightly oil or butter a skillet, and heat to medium heat. Pour 1/8th of a cup of batter in the skillet when hot, and rotate the skillet to spread the batter in the pan to a large circle. Cook until set, not turning or flipping. Repeat until all done! :)

Start by preparing a pan with a small amount of spaghetti sauce in the bottom. Evenly spoon the filling into the crepes and simply roll them up. Place them in the prepared pan, and cover with sauce, mozzarella cheese, and a sprinkle of basil.

Cover the baking dishes with foil, and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees f. Then remove the foil, and cook for 20 minutes longer uncovered.

Enjoy!
