Homemade Gluten Free Vegan Mac N Cheese
This homemade macaroni and cheese is simple and easy to make, plus, it's gluten free AND vegan. Useing gluten free noodles and nutritional yeast as the cheese. Supplies
One package of gluten free Banza rotini
Extra virgin olive oil
Nutritional yeast
Soy sauce
Chipotle powder (optional)

Cook the Pasta
Follow the directions on the back of the box. Drain the noodles. Leave the pan on a heating pad on the counter.
Mix the Pasta
Pour a dash of extra virgin olive oil in the pan. Stir in the noodles, try to coat each one with a thin layer of olive oil.
Pour in a a dash of soy sauce, stir well.
Sprinkle on a good layer of nutritional yeast and mix well.
