Homemade Delicous Pizza

Today I am going to show you how to make a simple, but very delicious homemade pizza. It is very easy, so you can all have a try recreating it. (:

First of all, we start off with making the dough. You need 400 grams of flour. Mix it up with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 pack of yeast and 1 tablespoon of oil. Whilst the ingredients are stirring up in the mixer add 300 ml of warm water until it becomes a firm dough.

The finished dough should look like that. Now cover the bowl up with a towel and put it somewhere warm for about one hour in order to make the dough rise.

After one hour, the doughs' size has tripled, because it is now filled with air. That is important to get a fluffy dough for your pizza.

Now you prepare all the ingredients you want to put on the pizza. For that, you can take whatever you want your pizza to taste like. For my homemade pizza, I took tomatoes, mushrooms, pineapple, corn, ham and most importantly cheese.

From the amount of dough, I made two round forms on baking trays. Of course, you can produce whatever shape you want. Oftentimes I also make a big rectangle in the size of the baking tray.

Probably the most fun part of making pizza. As a basis, I would recommend using tomato paste. On it, you can now put your prepared toppings. Before you finish off with cheese add some pizza spice to make the final product more tasteful. Now bake the pizza in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
