Homemade lasagna is a delicious meal that the family will be sure to enjoy. Not only is it a wonderful meal, it is a healthy meal that costs very little to make. Before starting to cook, preheat the oven to 350° F and make sure all necessary ingredients are gathered. This recipe will take approximately 45 minutes for prepping, cooking, and cooling.

Mixing Ingredients

First, take the small mixing bowl and a spoon. Add eggs and mix them well. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, shredded cheese, and milk. After all of these ingredients are added, mix them well with a spoon until the mixture is a pudding like consistency with no excess juices. If the mixture is too runny, keep adding shredded cheese until it is thick enough.

Layering the Lasagna

Next, spread enough pasta sauce on the bottom of the 9x13 cake pan so it is completely covered. Place lasagna noodles in a layer on top of the sauce. Lay just enough to cover the sauce, while trying to keep it to only one noodle thickness. Apply a layer of pasta sauce on top of the noodles and a layer of the cheese mixture on top of that. Repeat this step continuing with another layer of lasagna noodles until it is the desired thickness.

Finishing Touches

Once there is the desired number of layers, spread the rest on the cheese mixture on top of the layers. If needed, add cheese for extra flavor. Sprinkle parsley on top of the cheese to make it decorative and to add a touch of flavor.

Finally, put aluminum foil on top of the cake pan and poke a few vent holes in it. Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Take out and remove the aluminum foil and place the lasagna back into the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese in fully melted. Once cheese is melted, remove from oven and Enjoy!
