This a delicious dessert pizza that is completely customizable. You can add cinnamon and sugar to your crust, if you choose. I decided to us a regular pizza crust to help balance out the sweetness of the toppings. You can also you any jam or curd that you like for the topping. The possibilities are endless.

Supplies

Your favorite pizza crust/recipe. I used this recipe here.

Blackberry jam. I used some my husband and I made.

brown sugar

butter

cinnamon

flour

Step 1: Get Your Dough Rollin'

After you have gathered all your ingredients, you will want to get your dough ready. If you are purchasing dough or using leftover frozen dough (yes that is a thing) then they may just involve unwrapping it and possibly thawing it.

If you are making your dough then you will want to find your favorite recipe and start making it. Again, I used this recipe https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/205113/master-pi...

Step 2: Prep Your Crust and Ready Your Streusel

Once your dough is bought, made, thawed, rested or what have you, then spray your pizza pan with a little non-stick spray or lightly grease, then sprinkle lightly with corn meal.

Once you have your dough stretched, use a fork and poke all over the crust. This keeps your crust from bubbling up in the center and ruining your pizza.

Now, go ahead and mix up your streusel.

In a medium size bowl, add thoroughly combine the following ingredients.

3 T. - a.p. flour

3 T. - brown sugar

2 T. - butter

1/4 t. - cinnamon

You can use a fork or pastry blender, but I just use my fingers.Incorporate all ingredients till it resembles coarse crumbs.

Step: 3 Add Your "Sauce" and Streusel

Next, scoop some jam onto your crust and using the back of a spoon spread evenly around the crust. You can add as much or as little as you would like. I did ours pretty light.

Next sprinkle your streusel all over your crust, trying to make it pretty evenly covered. If you like more streusel, you can always double your batch, but one recipe was enough for this 16 in.

Step 4: Bake and And Prep Your Drizzle

Preheat your oven and bake your pizza according to the directions on your recipe/package

While your pizza is baking you can whip up a quick drizzle.

I did not measure for this. It is pretty forgiving. I used about 1/2 c. of powdered sugar, added a splash of milk and mixed it in. Then added a splash of lemon juice and mixed that in. From there add a little more milk and or juice, about a tablespoon at a time till it is the consistency you want for drizzling.

Step 5: Enjoy

All that is left now, is to sit back and enjoy a slice or two, or three.
