Homemade Applesauce

To make Homemade Applesauce you need:
4 apples, peeled, cored & quartered
1 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
What to do:
Heat apples & water to boiling, stir occasionally. Simmer for 10-15 mins. until tender.
Stir in cinnamon, sugar, and nutmeg. Heat to boiling in crockpot for 2 hours on high.
