Home Saline Solution for Colds and Sinuses

This simple Saline solution can be made any time with just natural ingredients in your own home.

A natural disinfectant Sea Salt helps to soothe and heal skin that is inflamed, broken out in a rash, itching or even oozing,

This natural gargle will help prevent or speed curing of common colds.

Add 1 tsp of sea salt to 1/4-1/2 cup of hotter than tepid tap water.

(hot enough for you to gargle but not scald your mouth)

Stir to dissolve.

Gargle with this solution 2-3 times daily.

A milder solution of: a pinch of sea salt to 1/4cup of tepid water can be poured into a bottle with a suction straw for nasal cleansing.

The salt smarts but disinfects very well.
