Home Made Wrist Roller

IMG_1862.JPG

Greetings! Lifting weights at home can be a little more challenging since all the equipment may not be available due to money/space. Making equipment out items at home is fun and serves the purpose of the exercise.

How to Perform the Wrist Roller Exercise

Stand up and place your feet shoulder width apart. Hold the wrist roller with palms facing down (pronated grip) and arms parallel to the ground.

The weight should be on the ground to start. Keeping your body stationary, slowly rotate one wrist at a time until the weight reaches the bar and then again until the weight reaches ground. This is one repetition.

Repeat as many times as your program requires.
