A very quick and easy fix to a tasty side-dish. Fancy, designer mac and cheese often costs forty or fifty dollars to prepare when you have so many exotic and expensive cheeses, but they aren't always the best tasting. This recipe is cheap and tasty. ENJOY!

Supplies

  1. 1 (8 ounce) elbow boxed macaroni
  2. 2 cups of whole milk
  3. 1/4 unsalted butter
  4. 1/4 all purpose flour
  5. 1/2 table spoon of salt
  6. 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  7. 1 pack of american bacon

PREP-BOIL THE WATER

In a medium size pot, fill the pot with water half way and put it to boil for about 3 mins until bubbles form

Essential thing to do is to salt the water. Put about 1/4 of salt into the water & extra virgin olive oil & pour in your macaroni pasta, Let it cook for about 8-10 mins until its soft but firm (DON'T FORGET TO KEEP STIRRING YOUR PASTA)

  1. While your pasta is still cooking on the side, you can start off by cooking your bacon in a frying pan. After, let it sit to the side and in the same frying pan get your 1/4 of unsalted butter and let it completely melt.
  2. Once, your butter has melt add in the 1/4 of all purpose flour and stir until it forms into more doughy texture
  3. slowly add in the 2 cups of milk, while stirring it with the flour and butter mixture (we have to slowly combine the milk because milk can be burnt and that could cause issues)
  4. Once, you have combined your flour, butter, 2 cups of milk, here comes the important part. ADD IN YOUR CHEESE!!!

YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH ADDING IN EXTRA CHEESE! GO CRAZY ITS UP TO YOU :)

Fold in Your Macoroni

When your macaroni has been cook, drain the water and combine your macaroni into the cheesy mixture. You can fold parts of your macaroni and cheese. With your cooked bacon we want to cut it into small pieces and combine with the cheesy mixture as well (bacon is optional--but its a good option) help the macaroni be less bland

SERVE!
