Animatronic Robot
This is an animatronic model of robot using 3D Printing and circuits, This animatronic mechanism can be used for Hollowen as it looks more attractive and realistic once its on working. Whole parts like mouth, eyes, fingers, hand are working and can imitate others this keeps front person shocked and amazed.
We have used 3D Printing files and modified on TinkerCAD and used for making this animatronic model, Also we have used arduino, servo motors. This is Re-Mix of the Inmoov Head for BigBed Printers -- (230mm x 150mm Min ?)

There is a fair bit of Mod work done to Interior mechanical parts but the overall design remains the same, the exterior Skull is as close to the original as could make it,,
So basically all the smaller parts where aligned then hand stitched together the largest error in the exterior Skull was less then 1mm,,, there has been Mod work on the interior Skull and the jaw has been scaled a little bit to mach the curves of his face a bit better-
All parts have been printed and tested,,, they are in there printing position and are error free,,, the use of Support material will be need for some of the parts,,,
The Gear Ratios are the same as the original inmoov and i have kept it as Backward Compatible as much as possible,,,,STL Files for 3D Printing can be found here

This bionic hand is controlled by an arduino nano V3 and uses 4 15kg servo's to move the index, middel, ring and little finger and 3 9g servo's to rotate the thumb and pull the tumb and the fingers open. This bionic hand it's structure is modelled after my hand so I could make a gel10 mold that would fit snug around it. I originally wanted to integrate some force feedback in the finger tips by using some small pushbuttons but that didn't turn out to well because the wires from the pushbuttons in combination with the gel10 mold caused to much friction in the joints of the fingers and the fingers had to push to hard to activate the pushbuttons. I'm now going to do some tests with currentsensors so I can messure the current going to the servo's and when the current goes above the normal level then the servo's would stop (that's the idea).
Working on Body
As you can see in an image that we have used 2inch PVC Pipe as legs so that supports and mounted with Body Shell Mannequin and then assembled with head portion also for hand we have connected with T Joint of PVC and extended for hand and assembled hand portion.

After all this process cover with clothes.
Final Step
Assemble everything properly as shown in image.
