Holiday Hot Chocolate

4330.jpeg

In just a few short days it will be Christmas and I wanted to share with you this rich and thick creamy hot chocolate. My sister made us some last time we were at my parents house and she used coconut cream to make it so creamy and ever since learning her way of making hot chocolate I don't think I can ever buy the pre-made stuff again. The toppings are completely customizable for any holiday! If you want to make your own Holiday Hot Chocolate, follow the step by step instructable or watch the video tutorial here:

Turn stove to medium heat and heat till mixture is at a simmer, make sure your stirring occasional, you do not want anything to burn. Then remove the hot chocolate from the stove and place it back on your work surface.

Add Chocolate!

Next, add both kinds of chocolate chips and allow to set for 5 minutes, (the chocolate will melt) avoid stiring during this time.
