Hogwarts Houses Bracelets

Last week, I made the shocking discovery that I didn't have a Harry Potter related instructable. This may sound like something not that shocking, but for me it is :) I decided I wanted to make something that didn't scream Harry Potter, but when taking a second look being able to notice that it is indeed Harry Potter related. The steps showing the finished bracelets include the text from the sorting hat song in Harry Potter and the philosopher's stone.

To make a Hogwarts house bracelet, you will need the following:

• wire
• pliers
• beads matching the colours you want
• round pencil
• closure

Wrap the wire around the pencil to create the circles. Take it off and cut them apart to finish your jump rings.

Take one of the jump rings you made last step and open it. Add two beads to it, if you are using two colours of beads, add one of both colours. Close the jump ring. Take a second jump ring and add it to one of the beads. While it is still opened, add a bead in the right color. Keep repeating this to create the bracelet. I ended up using 15 beads.

Add two jump rings to both ends of the bracelet. Next, take your wire and round nose pliers. Make one double ring and one partly double ring. The partly double ring is because the closure I used couldn't fit over the double part. Add the double ring to one end and the partly double ring with closure to the other end.

You might belong in Gryffindor,

Those cunning folk use any means,

To achieve their ends.

You might belong in Hufflepuff,
