Hobby Lamp / Lampara Para Hobby

Hello everyone! Today I bring you a small project for the hobby table. It is a lamp that will serve us both to illuminate our work area, to take photographs, ... well, a little of everything, to tell the truth, the image on the cover says more than I can write, hehehe. Its dimensions is to place it under an A2 cutting mat with a height of 50cm (60cm wide*50cm high), but it could also be fixed with double-sided tape on the desk.

Hola a todos! Hoy os traigo un pequeño proyecto para la mesa de hobby. Se trata de una lampara que nos servirá tanto para iluminar nuestra zona de trabajo, realizar fotografías, ... bueno un poco de todo, a decir verdad es que la imagen de la portada dice mas de lo que pueda escribir, jejeje. Sus dimensiones es para colocarla bajo un tapete de corte A2 con una altura de 50cm (60cm de ancho*50cm de alto), pero también se podría fijar con cinta de doble cara sobre el escritorio.

To carry out this project, we will need a 3d printer, a led strip with its transformer and a switch. In my case, I have connected it directly to a 12v outlet that I have in the hobby center, so I forgot both the switch and the transformer in my installation.

On the led strip, you will need 1.25 meters and a maximum width of 1cm, I have used an old 12v that I had for almost a decade, so I cannot pass you the link of it, however, no It is somewhat difficult to find.

Para realizar este proyecto, necesitaremos una impresora 3d, una tira de led con su transformador y un interruptor. En mi caso, lo he conectado directamente a una toma de 12v que tengo en el centro de hobby, así que obvie en mi instalación tanto el interruptor como el transformador.

Sobre la tira de led, necesitaras 1,25 metros y de un ancho máximo de 1cm, yo he usado una 12v antigua que tenia desde hace ya casi una década, por lo que no puedo pasaros el enlace de la misma, no obstante, no es algo dificil de encontrar.

The design is quite simple, it has two legs that are placed under the mat to serve as a support, a small box to make the connections and install a switch if you need it. Also, I added a small border so the light doesn't bother the hobbyman. It is designed in Fusion 360. You will need to print one of each file.

I made it to fit in the bed of a classic Ender 3 printed diagonally (those named as low strip are the longest, start trying to print them) however, I add the file named "lamp hobby" in case you want to edit it yourself in fusion 360.

El diseño es bastante sencillo, tiene dos patas que se ponen bajo el tapete para servir de sujección, una pequeña caja para realizar las conexiones e instalarle un interruptor si lo necesitas. Ademas, añadi un pequeño borde para que la luz no moleste al hobbyman. Esta diseñado en Fusión 360. Necesitareis imprimir uno de cada archivo.

Lo realice para que cupiera en la cama de una clásica Ender 3 impreso en diagonal (los nombrados como tira baja son los mas largos, empieza probando a imprimirlos) no obstante, añado el archivo nombrado como "lamp hobby" por si quieres editarlo tu mismo en fusión 360.

The assembly is quite simple, place each piece in its position, and fix it with cyanoacrylate. Leave the hole to pass the cable between the tira baja iz" and "pie caja". I recommend gluing half on one side and the three central parts on the other, to be able to better adjust the inclination.

Finally, paste the led strip and enjoy it.

El montaje es bastante sencillo, coloca cada pieza en su posición, y fíjala con cianocrilato. Deja el hueco para pasar el cable entre la "tira baja iz" y "pie caja". Recomiendo pegar la mitad por un lado y las tres partes centrales por otro, para poder ajustar, mejor las inclinación.

Por ultimo, pegar la tira led y a disfrutarlo.
