Pour Bowl Into Hot Pan

Pour the bowl into the pan. The pan should already be warm at this point so you will hear a sizzling when pouring.

WARNING: Always be cautious around the hot stove/pan.

Grab the two pieces of toast and place them gently into the middle of the pan on top of the eggs. The bottom part of each piece of toast should be touching. Let the eggs with the toast cook in the pan for approximately 7 to 10 minutes.

Begin Preparing Turkey Bacon

While you wait for the eggs to cook, grab two pieces of turkey bacon and place them on a paper plate. To avoid a messy cleanup, place one paper towel under the plate and one paper towel on top of the bacon. Leave bacon in the microwave for two minutes. Once fully cooked, let the bacon cool for a few minutes and then break up each bacon strip into small bite-size pieces.

TIP: Depending on your microwave's wattage, you may need to leave the bacon in the microwave for less or more than two minutes. Make sure the bacon is a shade of dark pink with crispy edges to ensure fully cooked.

Grab One Slice of Fat Free American Cheese

Grab one slice of fat-free American cheese. Slice the cheese into small bite-size pieces.

TIP: Leave the cheese out of the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes to make it easier to separate from the cheese stack.

Attend to Your Eggs

While the egg is finishing cooking, take one of your spatulas and push the sides of the eggs inward towards the toast. By doing this, the egg flip will be much more manageable.

Flip the Eggs

Once the eggs are light brown on the bottom and can be slid around the pan easily, take two spatulas and carefully flip the eggs over to the other side for further cooking. The flipping of the eggs is the trickiest part, so do not get discouraged if you mess it up the first time.

Immediately cut the temperature on the stove in half and let the other side of the eggs finish cooking. This side of the eggs will not need much time, between 5 to 7 minutes to finish cooking.

Add Your Bacon to the Eggs

While the eggs are finishing cooking, you can begin placing bacon pieces on top of the toast that is fused with the eggs. Place the pieces of bacon on the piece of toast farthest from you. Make sure to spread the bacon around so every bite has bacon.

Add Your Cheese to the Eggs

Add your cheese pieces on top of the toast that is fused with the eggs alongside the bacon. Place the pieces of cheese on the piece of toast farthest from you and make sure to spread the cheese around so every bite has cheese.

Fold Your Toast to Form the Sandwich

Once the other side of the eggs is light brown and can be slid around the pan, take one spatula and fold the bottom piece of toast on top of the piece of toast with cheese and bacon to form a sandwich. Use the spatula to press down gently on the top of the sandwich to keep the sandwich together. Turn the stove off completely and use the spatula to transfer the sandwich from the hot pan and on to a plate.

Warning: Do not forget to turn off the stove!
