- Old Mechanical Pencil
- Hot Glue
- Scissors (Recommended)
Glue the Eraser In

Take the eraser out of the pencil, put hot glue in the part of the pencil that holds the eraser, and put the eraser back in.
Pull the Front Off

Take the front of the pencil off with your hand. If your hand is sweaty, you may want to dry it with a towel.
Pull the Sleeve Out

You can try to pull the sleeve out with your hand, but if you can't it is a lot easier to use scissors to do it.
Make It Look Like a Real Mechanical Pencil

Put the cap of the pencil back on, and hide what you want in the pencil. Once you have done that, push the sleeve back in.
