This was done instead of buying one of those under the cabinet cd player for really cheap. All you need is a normal small cd player with the power adapter and some computer speakers that loud enough for you.

Find a Old Cd Player and Some Computer Speakers Best If You Dont Battery Operate Them

my computer speakers have bigger speakers put on them but small ones will work fine

Place Speakers Where You Want

I hid mine among the fake flowering above the cabinet
also find out how much extra wire you are going to need to connect the speakers to the headphone jack

Adding an Extension

DSC09763.JPG
cut the headphone wire about half way so you dont run out of wire to connect.
get some wire that has two insulated wires and connect them to the same wires on the speaker side

Drill Hole

drill a hole large enough to fit the wire down through the top of the cabinet

Wire Goes in the Cabinet

get the wire down to the right shelf that the cd player is sitting on

Reconnect Wire

twist or solder your connection of your headphones back together to the headphones
