Hidden Kitchen Cd Player












This was done instead of buying one of those under the cabinet cd player for really cheap. All you need is a normal small cd player with the power adapter and some computer speakers that loud enough for you.
Find a Old Cd Player and Some Computer Speakers Best If You Dont Battery Operate Them


my computer speakers have bigger speakers put on them but small ones will work fine
Place Speakers Where You Want


I hid mine among the fake flowering above the cabinet
also find out how much extra wire you are going to need to connect the speakers to the headphone jack
also find out how much extra wire you are going to need to connect the speakers to the headphone jack
Adding an Extension

cut the headphone wire about half way so you dont run out of wire to connect.
get some wire that has two insulated wires and connect them to the same wires on the speaker side
get some wire that has two insulated wires and connect them to the same wires on the speaker side
Drill Hole

drill a hole large enough to fit the wire down through the top of the cabinet
Wire Goes in the Cabinet

get the wire down to the right shelf that the cd player is sitting on
Reconnect Wire

twist or solder your connection of your headphones back together to the headphones
Plug in the Headphone and Hide Wires

listen and enjoy while cooking!
