Hidden Compartment in a Book

what I made was book that has a hidden compartment which is a hollowed out part of the book. the reason that I made this was because when you are told to read or u need to hide something you can place it in your book.

The materials you will need for this project are pretty simple. the first item you will need it a book preferably one with more the 300 pages. the next item you will need is a Exacto knife you will need this to cut your pages. the next item you will need is glue you will need glue to glue the pages together. a couple of other thing that you might like to have is a cut glove and a sharpie.

The first step is to place your book on a hard surface

Once you place your book on a hard surface. open book about 50 to 75 pages depending on how big your book is.

Once on page about 75 trace the shape your want to have your hidden compartment to hold.

Once you have your shape traced you can start to cut along the line you traced. you will repeat these steps for about 100 pages.

Once all of your pages are done you will need to glue the first 20 to 25 pages together that are hollowed and the last 20 to 25 pages together that are hollowed out this will allow you to hold something with out it falling out.
