Beginning

Start the process, with your 40" x 15" white craft foam sheet, bend the sheet from equal ends to each other, afterwards you'll need to draw a circular shape on the bended area of the sheet, where your head would fit in.

Now use the scissors to cut out the head hole part, in order for the vest itself to fit right over you, for a perfect fit .

Now use the sharpie marker for the armour details and afterwards, the really hot hazardous part comes next.

Now use your soldering iron, to draw out the armour details, (CAUTION) be very careful when using this as it can burn through things and one's self ( make sure you place this equipment in a safe area ).

Onces that all done, cut out all extracts from the foam, use them for the utility belt, if needed ( most people would order the dark knight belt and make it their own) but I choose to make one as I didn't want to throw the extra foam away.

Use the heat gun, to make the vest more adomint to your body... fan inside the vest, not out as it could pierced and destroy the vest's details.

Second End

Time to paint the vest, in whatever colour you choose, I decided to use red spray paint, but what I've should have know that it doesn't stable much to the foam as acrylic paint does, so i'd experiment on it. (first spray paint, then acrylic after wards.)

After it's dry, I put the minor details with acrylic paint and posca then I varnished with glossy spray can varnish.

Now it's time for hot glue the 2x Luggage Nylon Straps by your waist area, make sure you are able to clip and release

Now the velcro patches to place the foam utility belt on the vest.

I'd hot glue all the Velcro patches to places, where they'll need to be attached to the vest, such as the back and the front part of the vest, for the utility belt to be place or taken off once your armoured vest has been completed.
