When I was young I used to watch the Hercules cartoon, it was a fav. of mine
I even had a plastic Hercules belt, with a little plastic ring.
I was working on a separate project when the left over styrofoam cut-out looked pretty much like a belt so I tweaked it a little.
Forming the Shape
Step 1.I cut the shape using a soldering iron.
Reinforcing the Shape

I separated around a dozen paper-towels and mixed PVA glue and water into a bowl and brushed it on.
Then I placed the paper-towel sheets all around forming the shape of the belt. I gave it a second brushing of glue/water.
Creating the "H"
I taped off where the "H" is stenciled on (actually used a ruler).
and painted the bel with black acrylic paint. I used yellow and Red acrylic for the buckle/center piece.
Fastening the Belt
I fixed Velcro to the belt strap with hot glue so I could secure the belt to my waist.
Constructing the Ring Holder

I cut out a small square piece of flexible Styrofoam for a place to hold Hercules' "Ring" and glued it to the backside of the (H) I painted it an acrylic midnight-blue.
Fitting the Belt and Ring
The last thing to do is cut a notch for the ring, Wrap the Belt around you and - Don't forget the "Ring" when you (H)ang your Belt up!
