This is Helpy - a robot that aimed to help disabled people (but also it can be used as a home helper bot). The main idea of this robot design - is to create a robot with a modular structure that is easy to build and cheap to manufacture (not in the future, but today!) and that will care people with different disabilities. Why modular? Modular structure allows to manufacture this robot for people with different needs with low costs, because each module can be manufactured separately and later needed variation of Helpy can be built from this modules. Helpy has 4 360-cameras that allow it to see and analyze everything around it. Big display with touch screen makes communication with Helpy much easier and more informative - all information can be displayed on the screen (this is very useful for deaf people). Integrated GSM module allows Helpy to call 911 if you need. Via Wi-Fi and 4G modules this robot will communicate with medical services and your doctor in charge. Rubber tracks allow Heply to ride the stairs, so houses with more than one floor are not the problem! In addition, Helpy will remind you to take your medical pills in time and will bring everything you ask him and much more. Helpy is aimed to monitor your health! Robot has special boxes in which you can put anything you want, for example, your pills and phone. Additionally, it has blood pressure monitor and for emergency cases - automated external defibrillator (AED). If you feel weak or you need something to lean on, Helpy's arms will transform in special way so that you could lean on them (see picture above). It is worth noting, that Helpy has visual similarity with R2D2 robot from Star Wars movie, so for Star Wars fans Helpy can be manufactured with R2D2 skin (in collaboration with Star Wars rights owners). I am sure that Helpy will make life easier for many people!
