Heating Pad With Precise Temperature Control 50-800W With Arduino (0-125C Degress)
This thermal pad could be used for any type of application. I made it at home during winter time to preheat my tea or coffe, because after some work it always getting cold.

1unit Aluminium sheet 100x100x10mm

1unit Ground pad
1unit Box 100x70x50mm
1unit AC/DC 12V 5-25A
1unit Therpam pad with or without NTC. 12V 50-800W
2 units cable glands
1g cooling paste
4 spacers
Some nylon tape
Some zip ties
First off all making aluminium (coper) pad 100x100x10mm - from any sheet of metal material.
When drilling a hole for temperature sensor DS18B20 and putting inside cooling paste also screwing with a bolt too.
Doing wiring as in shematic.
Assembling in one box.
