Fold along scored line on the base piece.

Take the scalloped edged heart piece and glue it center on the base.

Now take the lattice piece and glue it on top the scalloped heart piece.

Spice up the lattice piece with decorative stickers. Here I stick the half pearl stickers to the corners and crossings.
