1. Scale it down to a height of 2mm and a diameter of 12mm.
2. Move it to the area marked in orange.

2. Move the new cylinder to the area marked in orange.

1. Copy and paste the stem and make the new copy a hole.

1. Scale the hole smaller to a size of 4mm x 7mm and a height of 3mm. Move the hole so it fits in the stem. You can see the location marked in orange.

2. Group them by pressing the Group button in the menu bar.
