Hearing Disabled Sign for Restaurant Tables

This is small portable 3D printed sign (3.5 inches X 2 inches) intended for temporary placement on a restaurant table to help servers understand they are dealing with someone who is hearing impaired. It is also intended to be seen by folks walking by who may (potentially) attempt verbal engagement so they can understand why they might not receive a response.
