Healthy and Delicious Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

PXL_20220703_022916045 (1).jpg

After searching the internet for a healthy and delicious cookie recipe, I found the perfect recipe! I decided to make some adjustments to fully develop the flavor, such as incorporating ginger into the cookie mix. The benefit of using oatmeal in cookies is that they provide a nice balanced diet by increasing your fiber, magnesium, folate, iron, zinc, and protein intake. So, not only do these cookies provide a healthy snack alternative, especially compared to other cookies, but they also taste delicious! I highly recommend trying out this amazing recipe while enjoying a nice summer day.

P.S. For the best next-day tasting experience, you should definitely warm it up quickly in the microwave for a soft and warm cookie!
