Happy to write an instructable after a long time, so let me share this east peesy recipe with you, you'll be amazed with taste that is crunchy outside and yet soft in middle. Can made as evening snacks or starter dish for your meals.. Mushroom has lot of nutritious value in it
Supplies
Ingredients List
1) Mushroom - 100g
2) Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
3) Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
4) Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
5) Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
6) Besan flour - 4 tsp
7) Rice flour - 2 tsp
8) Lemon juice - 1 full lemon
9) Curry leaves and coriander leaves chopped
10) Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
11) Salt - As required
12) Oil for deep frying
Mushroom Murder
Wash the mushroom once taken out of packet, wash thoroughly in water and chop each mushroom in four pieces
Spice It Up
Add all the masala mentioned in ingredients list, red chilli powder1/2 tsp, Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp, Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp, Turmeric - 1/4 tsp and add chopped coriander and curry leaves
Flour Time
Once Masalas have been mixed, add besan flour followed by rice flour. Mix well, and add lemon juice to enhance the flavour of all these. Don't forget to add salt.
Deep Fry
Switch on the stove with oil in kadai, let it be in medium flame, once oil is heated test it with small particle, if the mushroom immediately rises to top, oil is at correct temperature. Now add your mushroom batch wise. Deep fry until golden brown.
The flour added gives the outer crunchy layer while inside mushroom will be infused with masala and soft bite
Enjoy Hot
