🍫Healthy Mint Chocolate Bark🍫

instructable.png

I made some mint chocolate bark with pecans and salt. It is nice because the pecans add a nice crunch and the salt adds the perfect amount of saltiness. It is also really good with no peppermint flavoring, but my family prefers the peppermint. This is my first Instructable. My sister and I have done one or two together, but this is my first time writing one alone and taking pictures. I am only 10 and I feel like I am off to a good start.

Mix 3 TBSP of maple syrup into the melted chocolate. Next, mix in 10 drops of peppermint flavoring. If that is not enough add more to make it even more minty. Mix until it resembles cookie dough.

Get your chocolate out of the freezer and break into small pieces. At this point you can sprinkle a little salt on the chocolate while it is still soft. The salt will help bring out the flavor of the chocolate. Refreeze for 10 minutes or until hard.

Enjoy!!
