Instead of frantically searching for ingredients while you are mid-bake, the first thing that we advise to do is get all of the ingredients out and lay them together on the counter as long as space allows. Then add all the ingredients into a bowl aside from a few Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips. Quick tip: If you do not have the oat flour, you can blend the regular oats until they look like powder or flour and measure the oat flour after blended.

Mixing

Moderately mix everything together by beating them with the fork until they become one. For ingredients set 1, the mixture is a little bit darker in color than the ingredients set 2 because we use the Greek yogurt for set 2 which makes the mixture lighter. However, ingredients set 2 has a texture more like a dough since this set has less liquid ingredients.

Shape the Cookie

Take out a plate, add the mixture onto it and then shape the mixture into a cookie (or multiple cookies) or any shape you want. If you want more creative cookies, you can use cookie cutters to shape your cookie(s). Be creative!

Add More Chocolate Chips

Add more chocolate chips as you like on top of the mixture and lightly press them in. However, make sure do not add too much chocolate chips even if you love them, because they will destroy the purpose of this low calorie recipe.

Microwaving

Microwave your cookie(s) for 35 seconds, then wait for 5 seconds, next microwave again for 20 seconds and wait for 5 seconds, after that microwave one last time for 10 seconds and let your cookie(s) rest for 5 seconds. If your cookie(s) is not ready, try to microwave it for 5-10 seconds. Plus, the reason you should wait 5 seconds in between is so the cookie(s) cannot be burned.

Remember: Do not open the microwave until the process is done.

Safety tip: Do not put your hand or anything on top of the microwave when it is operating, because the surface is warm.

Enjoy!
