This recipe is healthy, and also easy to make and hardly takes any time of yours.

Millets are known for many health benefits since ancient times in India. They are rich in amino acids, excellent source calcium, iron, rich in protein. This is also considered as immune booster.

This soup high in calorific, rich in proteins and veggies of your choice give added vitamins to the recipe.

Adding 75grams of millet powder

8g protein

Supplies

75g finger millet powder, carrot one scoop, corn one scoop. Add your favorite vegetables. (some suggestions: green beans, spring onions, beetroots etc.)

Step 1. Boil water in a sauce pan.

Step 2. Add veggies and some salt to taste into the pan.

Step 3: Add some water to the millet powder and make a smooth wthout lumps

Step 4: Add the millet water in to the cooking pot.

Step 5: Simmer the ingredients for 10-15 minutes until the millets cooked completely.

Step 6: When you see big bubbles it is an indication that the soup is ready to serve.

Serve the immunity booster hot as it is. or

Mix it with some homemade plain yogurt to add some sourness to the soup.
