Healthy Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

In this Instructable, learn how to make a super-easy healthy cottage cheese ice cream with just 4 ingredients. Technically, it really isn't an ice cream, because there is no cream in it, so frozen dessert is probably a better term for it, but people still call it ice cream. Call it whatever you want. :) If you like cottage cheese, I think you will love this, if you don't like cottage cheese, you still may like it in this form, so give it a try sometime.
Don't forget to follow me so you don't miss out on any of my Instructables.

- 2 cups (16oz) of cottage cheese (453g)
- 2 Tbsp of peanut butter (26g)
- 2 Tbsp of honey (26g)
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract (5g)
Tools/Equipment:
- Blender or food processor
- Spatula
- Freezer-safe container
- Lid
Blend Blend Blend

Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. It will only take 2 to 3 minutes or so.
Freeze

Pour the ice cream base into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours or more depending on how firm you want your ice cream.
Serve

Now remove it from the freezer. If you left it in overnight, it will probably be really hard. Sit it out at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes to soften it. Scoop and enjoy it makes around 4 servings.
Enjoy!
