Healthy Chicken Pizza (chizza)
Have you tried chicken pizza of KFC ( it is available in India)
I love cooking but since some time i want to cook heathy food for my self. However it is pretty hard in a joint family when rest of the people actually are eating stuff you are mostly avoiding ( sugar, dairy cholesterol, oily food)
I don't own an oven so i made this of a frying pan. If you own an oven then this will actually be a piece of cake.

Ingredients
Grounded chicken breast (90 grams)
Onion powder, paprika powder, garlic powder ( 1gram each)
Coloured bell peppers ( 9 gram total)
Processed cheese ( 13 grams)
Pasta pizza sauce (1tsp)
Egg white (15 grams)
Whole wheat flour ( 2 grams)
Oats (13 grams)
Olive oil extra virgin (1/4 tsp-1 tsp)
Onion powder, paprika powder, garlic powder ( 1gram each)
Coloured bell peppers ( 9 gram total)
Processed cheese ( 13 grams)
Pasta pizza sauce (1tsp)
Egg white (15 grams)
Whole wheat flour ( 2 grams)
Oats (13 grams)
Olive oil extra virgin (1/4 tsp-1 tsp)
Assembling
Heat your pan on high heat, add 1/4 tsp of olive oil
Add spices in ur ground chicken, ( i avoided salt as my pizza sauce has enough of it) flatten it into a patty. Cover in flour, then egg white, and lastly in oats.
Add your chicken piece and cook on medium high flame covered for 30 sec to 1 min
Turn add pizza sauce, bell peppers , cheese. And cover to let cook the other side.
( if ur using oven simply brush oil on ur breaded breast piece and place it in preheated oven until done)
