The project that I made is a health Counter, the reason I made this health Counter was to count health in a card game called Magic The Gathering I kept filler pieces of paper with T charts and add or subtract everytime we lost or gained health. this gave me the idea of having an easier way to count your health and change it way easier..

Design/print

The design process of the counter can be very simplistic the most important part is the hole the the axle will go through has to be tall enough for the dodecagon to spin freely without it touching the ground. Taking into mind the size of the hands the person that will be using it is important if it's for someone with big hands maybe make it a bit bigger.

Sanding

This process is important because it ensures the clean smooth finish after you spray paint. the part is not completely necessary but contributes to the final product and should be done if you want the highest quality out of what you're doing.

Turn Axle

The step can be optional if you choose but you are going to want to turn from the left to the right to ensure the part does not break. if you do not have the option of turning the piece on the lathe you can always 3D print the axle.

Painting

The painting process can vary you can use acrylic or spray paint and whatever designs you want. Be patient and let paint dry if you want a nice surface finish before you touch it.

Numbering

This part is simplistic you just number the dodecagons 0-9.

Assembly

when assembling you want to make sure the axle fits in both stand holes as well as dodecagone holes. also make sure the paint is dry. you start the assembly process by putting a very small dollop of glue in the stand holes to hold the axle. the strategy for this is not putting too much because otherwise it will seep out of the holes and could glue the dodecagons to the stands and then they won't be able to spin.
